If you use the Contact Form I will hold your email address and any communications for up to 5 years, for reference when providing support or answering queries.

This information is not shared with anyone else unless I have asked you and you have given your explicit permission.

OrganAssist Software

The OrganAssist software does not collect any personal data.

All configuration information, all organ layouts and recorded tracks are stored by default in the Documents\OrganAssist folder.

If you provide any data to me to assist with Technical Support, it is not shared with anyone else unless I have asked you and you have given your explicit permission. The only exception is that I may choose to publish short anonymous quotations from feedback comments.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis I rely on for processing this information is:

1) Your consent

You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting me via email at contact@organassist.com

2) I have a legitimate interest

The information you freely provide is necessary for providing Technical Support in the use of the OrganAssist software

How I store your information

Your information is securely stored via email software on a single personal computer and will I keep email correspondence for up to 5 years. This is information is then deleted.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask me to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you.
